Awarded by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, the CSA® credential recognizes professionals who are trained to understand and meet the unique health, financial, social, and emotional needs of older adults. As a CSA®, I’ve completed extensive coursework and examinations focused on issues such as aging in place, retirement finances, housing transitions, elder law, and ethical communication with seniors and their families.
The certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and requires all designees to uphold the CSA Code of Professional Responsibility. This means I am not only educated in senior-related topics, but I am ethically bound to act in your best interest, putting care and clarity before any transaction.

Offer insight into key life transitions, such as retirement or changes in health, that may influence housing
Provide general guidance on financial tools like reverse mortgages, pensions, or estate planning considerations
