Our Concierge Process

  1. Initial Walk-Through and Value Planning
    Matt and Cameron personally walk through your home to identify which improvements are most likely to increase your home’s value and appeal, then prioritize the work and establish an estimated budget.

  2. Project Planning and Vendor Coordination
    We coordinate trusted contractors and vendors, manage timelines, and oversee the process so the work is completed efficiently and with the end buyer in mind.

  3. Concierge Improvements and Preparation
    Approved improvements are completed, such as paint, flooring, landscaping, lighting, repairs, and staging, with Matt and Cameron overseeing progress and quality throughout.

  4. Strategic Marketing and Launch
    Once preparation is complete, your home is introduced using our Compass 3-Phase Marketing Strategy, beginning with Private Exclusives, moving into Coming Soon, and culminating in a full market launch designed to maximize exposure, demand, and negotiation leverage.

  5. Pay When the Home Sells
    You pay for the Concierge services and any applicable fees when one of the following occurs: your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date. Subject to program terms that may vary by market.

Loan eligibility is not guaranteed and all loans are subject to credit approval and underwriting by Notable. Eligibility. The Concierge Bundle Credit is available solely to sellers who list a home with Compass, utilize the Concierge program, and choose to use Chartwell for escrow services in connection with that residential home sale and Concierge project. Sellers meeting all applicable requirements are entitled to the Concierge Bundle Credit outlined herein. Affiliated Business Arrangement. As is set forth in Compass’ separate Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure (“ABAD”), Compass has business relationships with Concierge, Chartwell, and certain other providers (together, the “Affiliated Companies”). Each of the Affiliated Companies is indirectly owned, in whole or in part, by Compass, Inc. Any referral by one of the Affiliated Companies to another may provide the referring company, its affiliates, and/or their employees with a financial or other benefit. You are NOT required to use any Affiliated Company to do business with Compass. See ABAD for further detail, including estimated charges. No Required Use. While Chartwell is available as a closing company option for you, and Concierge Bundle Credit is available only if you use Compass, Concierge, and Chartwell, you are not required to use Chartwell or the Concierge program to obtain real estate brokerage services from Compass.
